VISIT US

Yes, Circuit Zandvoort has various catering locations where you can purchase sandwiches and drinks.

For safety reasons, children under 10 years old and strollers are not allowed in the pit lane. However, all visitors, including children, are more than welcome in the pit boxes and on top of the pit lane, where they can enjoy great views of the circuit and the pit lane, and take photos. Different rules apply during “Driving for Youth” events.

Yes, spectators are always welcome and the circuit is freely accessible.

The visiting address of Circuit Zandvoort is Burgemeester van Alphenstraat 108, 2041 KP Zandvoort.

Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not allowed at Circuit Zandvoort. Exceptions are made for guide dogs, provided this is requested in advance via [email protected].

Yes, during our Race Experience days there is plenty of free parking available at the circuit. Please follow the parking directions provided.

You can bring as many spectators as you want, as long as safety is not compromised. All participants and spectators must follow the instructions of our staff. Entering the circuit site is always at your own risk.

PARTICIPATING

In principle, that is not a problem as long as you participate in the same package. Please provide the name of your acquaintance when making your reservation.

We will receive you at Circuit Zandvoort between 07:45 and 08:15. Please be on time, as we cannot wait for late arrivals. The program ends around 16:15, depending on the specific program you participate in. During the reception, we will provide you with the schedule for the day.

Private participant groups consist of 15 to 20 participants. VIP packages are limited to a maximum of 4 people. We also provide tailor-made solutions for business groups.

Race Planet's fleet consists of more than 150 vehicles. Participants have the opportunity to drive various types of cars.

Passengers are not allowed under any circumstances. However, for a fee and based on availability, passengers can ride along in our “Pace Car.” Please ask your group leader for more information.

If you have a properly fitting helmet, please bring it with you. Due to hygiene measures, it is recommended to use your own helmet. If you don't have a helmet, you can use one of ours, which are thoroughly cleaned. Full-face helmets are mandatory for the “Karting” and “Formula car” components.

Participation depends partly on your body type. Generally, being over 1.90m tall or having a large build may make fitting into a formula car difficult. We will always seek a suitable and safe solution if you do not fit into a formula car.

No, substitutions are not allowed. Instructors need to verify each participant's driver's license and waiver completion. A participant without a valid driver's license or signed waiver is personally responsible for any damage caused.

Our race days at the track proceed regardless of the weather. We are fully prepared for rain both technically and logistically.

We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothes that can get a little dirty. Be prepared for changing weather conditions in Zandvoort and wear comfortable (sports) shoes.

The Race Planet car park boasts over 150 vehicles. Due to that number, everyone will be able to drive in every type of car.

IN THE CAR

If in doubt, always speak to one of our instructors. Safety comes first, so follow our instructions carefully. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!

Individual overtaking is not permitted. The instructor may decide to overtake another group and will indicate this with the direction indicator.

We drive multiple groups of cars on the track simultaneously. Sometimes you will encounter other groups that are going faster or slower. Our instructors are trained for this and maintain contact with each other.

If everyone behaves well and follows the instructions, we can drive faster. In case of reckless behavior, our instructors will drive slower to ensure safety.

All participants drive the same lines as the instructor in the lead car. Our instructors communicate with each other via walkie-talkies and warn each other if a faster or slower group is approaching. Safety always comes first.

Keep a distance of about 20 meters from the car in front of you. This ensures a safe driving experience and gives the lead driver confidence to drive faster.

The groups consist of 3 to 7 cars, depending on the program and group size.

Almost all modern sports cars are equipped with advanced automatic transmission systems, so we let most cars handle the shifting. This allows participants to enjoy driving more with fewer actions required. While shifting gears yourself is generally not necessary, it may be required in some situations. Therefore, all participants must possess a valid driving license B.

Our goal is to provide participants with a unique experience. The support car is driven by our experienced instructor, who guides participants to drive ideal lines. If all goes well, the instructor can increase the pace. This method ensures safe and faster navigation of the less clear 'blind' bends. Driving independently on a track requires training, similar to how any sport requires training. Thanks to our support cars, all participants can experience the circuit at speed and safely.

Each group of cars drives behind our instructor (the lead car). There can be several groups on the track simultaneously, so overtaking is not allowed. The instructor determines the pace and position on the track.

At Race Planet, you can experience what it is like to drive a Lamborghini, Ferrari or other sports car. You will receive clear instructions before boarding. Listen carefully to our instructors and follow their guidance.

In all 'luxury cars,' you drive 3 laps (approximately 13 kilometers). You drive 2 laps (approximately 8.5 kilometers) in the BMW Cup cars and formula cars.

Absolutely. At Race Planet, you sit alone behind the wheel of beautiful sports cars and formula cars. Before you enter the circuit, you will receive instructions for each car. Listen carefully to our instructors. You must, of course, possess a valid driving license.
